Site analysis, planting schemes, grading, and full installation, tailored to how you actually live outside. Every plan is signed off by ownership and walked on-site before a single shovel hits the ground.

Cut stone, pavers, retaining walls, fire features, pergolas. Built to drain right, weather honestly, and outlast the trends.
03 · Softscapes
Beds that read as a composition through every season. Boxwood structure, native grasses, seasonal color, and sod programs that actually take.
04 · Irrigation
Wi-Fi-controlled zones, weather-aware schedules, and drip lines for beds. Designed to keep your install thriving while cutting unnecessary water.
05 · Lighting
Architectural up-lights, path lights, and color-tuned fixtures that turn the property into a destination after dark. We design for layers , not floodlights.
06 · Tree Planting
Specimen magnolias, oaks, maples, and ornamentals sized to anchor a property from year one. We source from regional growers and warranty against transplant shock.
07 · Maintenance Programs
Mowing, aeration, edging, mulch, fertilization, leaf cleanup, pruning. Tailored programs for residential properties and commercial portfolios.
08 · Pool Division
Pools designed in lockstep with your landscape, deck, and lighting plan, not bolted on by a separate contractor. One drawing set. One install schedule. One warranty.
09 · Putting Greens
Tour-spec synthetic surfaces with embedded RGB lighting for after-dark play. Custom contours, breaks, and target lines, designed by golfers, for golfers.
10 · Horticultural Therapy
Designed in partnership with care providers and family caregivers. Sensory plantings, accessible paths, raised beds, and quiet rooms outdoors , the seed of our long-term Vida Gardens vision.
